At first glance this seems to be a non-question. But at a deeper glance, one can find that this is actually a pressing question, a question so urgent, it demands an immediate answer.

The student council represents evil incarnate (As former HS Student Body President, trust me, I KNOW.) The "blood drive" is a work of some malicious intent, perhaps a scam of sorts. Their targets are the Juniors and Seniors, who would have the most money.

Fear not, I understand your warning, and appreciate your desire for help. The easiest way to stop this vile future is to turn the council members against each other. Bureaucracy is its own worse nightmare.

Best of Luck!

Have never check what if anything the law says... but in my opinion it most certainly should be an "individual" choice. As long as the individual is of an age "to comprehend" what they are doing - they should be allowed to do it (if it not illegal of course).

If they really want to - the most (if there is a conflict because of "laws" or "policies" of blood bank) that should be required is "parental permission"

Yes, you should donate blood AND stay in school. Does that answer your question?

You didn't ask a question. If you want people to take you seriously though maybe you should change your screen name- it's gross.
