You know like how it is when you first take it out of the box?

You could wash it and condition it with a little nice baby oil. it gets a little oily but it smooths the hair out.
Try use Johnson and Johnson ot other nice smelling baby oil.

Or you could cut the hair a little shorter and give it a new style!

I used to wash my doll's hair with Johnson's baby shampoo. And then I would comb it out with the little barbie brushs that sometimes come with the dolls. They come out looking brand new!

the only way i no is to completely brush the barbies hair and it should be a lot better ..but not exactly matching whata it was originaly like...maybe you should highlight it or something ...its damaged anyway ...and its lots of fun ...it takes time brushing it so might as well...

give it a shampoo and conditioning then brush it and then if there is still nots in one part of the hair cut out the nots if its really bad put it up in a pony tail

Why try to fix it if she is going to mess it up again. Anyway they are cheap now so just buy a new one or shave her head. LOL

Try using detangler or spray conditioner on it and brush it out.
