I recently got my nose pierced and teh screw they put in is a little big...I went to Hot Topic and bout these tiny nose studs 3 for $8 I believe and took them to the tatto parlor and he said they were cheap an dwouldn't put it in....how lon shoudl I wait to change it?

atleast two weeks and then it's still not IMHO far enough healed to put the crap jewelry you buy from that place into your body. why not go back to your piercer and get jewelry from them or even have them shorten/rebend the screw for you?

You should wait 4-6 weeks, the body piercer should have given you an information packet when this was done

as for time...i totally forgot how long i waited...but i'd say leave the initial jewelry in 2-3 months
