It's actually spelled teeny. It describes any teenager, especially girls, who shun their parents' rules and live the hippie life. Also refers to any teenager acting in revolt of their parents.
Nowadays, there are all kinds of terms related to teeny bopper, including: teenage whore, teens who listen to music only because some guy in the band is cute, toadies, groupies, etc. But the original meaning is that of a teenager. I was called that by my parents and it wasn't really anything derogatory. These days, it's derogatory. Hope that helps.
