I have a regular MySpace account that I want to convert into an artist account. How? I've heard this should be possible without deleting my existing one and signing up again. Is this correct?

Well, the problem is that I want my chosen myspace URL (Eg. myspace.com/xxx ) to work for the music page. I don't want to have two different accounts.

Unless you are Tom's next of kin, you'd have a better chance of winning the lotto. It's not going to happen. You heard wrong.

You don't need to delete the one you have in order to create a new one. All you need is a second email address. You only get a music account by starting out as a music account. The regular account cant be converted.
