What are some appropriate ways to get a bad Spanish teacher fired?

Please, I need a plan!

It's a guy and he's teaching high school and middle school Spanish. His grades are unfair even to students who are native speakers. The curriculum is awful and I don't know what to do about it.

I know that the school will not want to hire another teacher. It has had 3 different teachers in the past 2 years. People have complained before, but hasn't gone anywhere. It's time to take seriuous action!

since your teacher is a bad teacher, you can always try to make the principal know how bad he/she is. Write a petition about how bad the teacher is and how he/she should be reexamined and have everyone in all the classes sign it so you'd have at least 50 signitures. Then during the time the teacher is being reexamined you guys could mess up her/his "trying to be a good teacher" act. then by the end of the year, he/she should be gone.

Get the support of other students who agree with you. Make sure that they won't back out at the last minute. Speak first to the principal, then if no action is taken, go to the board of education.

If not we always failed the tests and brought it to the board! and she said she taught us and the board said that the test results spoke for themselves.
