The only way to stop a suicidal terrorist is to use his family as collateral. Death is not a deterrent for someone who wants to die. Saddam knew this and that is why Iraq was relatively peaceful. Saddam would hold your children, your wife, your mother, whatever. That is how we will defeat the terrorists, we must kill their families.
