A lot of people don't know this, but if you get a teacher that you don't want, your parents can call the school and have you transfered to a different class (assuming there's another grade 8 class in the school)
good luck!

She threw away your homework? I REALLY doubt that! Maybe she was so disgusted with your lack of spelling skills by the fact that you can't construct a simple sentence that she tossed it. You're in 8th grade and still can't spell simple words, use commas or period, or capitalize the word "I"??? I am very frightened for our future!
Do you really think this woman picked you out of all her students to dislike and then spent all of her time trying to get you in trouble??? And you were completely innocent? Give me a break!
And no Andra, you did NOT win anything except a bitter attitude and a foul mouth!

OK, so you ranted and raved about her. You may need an attitude adjustment. As a teacher myself (evil grin) I know that some students are not as innocent as they claim, that sometimes they do not do as they should, and that the truth is sometimes liberally interpreted by them. Andra, the world is not a fair place. Perhaps you should attend more to your schooling (and in there we address spelling) and less time to your complaining. You might find you learn something along the way.

If you're so sure you ONE, how come you still can't spell?
Have some little bit of respect for people who know more than you. That said, didn't it seem like a waste of time, sitting in that office? Try to get interested in what's going on in class, stop misbehaving, do your best: a good teacher will respect your efforts. And school--which you have to be in, every day--will be much more enjoyable for you.

I'm sure there's more to the story, but teachers are regular people too. They make mistakes, have personal problems just like everyone else.
I hope this teacher was not your English teacher... hint, hint

You "ONE," did you?
Maybe if you had paid attention in class, done your work according to the teacher's specifications and been respectful to the teacher, you would have WON... by getting a real education.

Teachers do not go out of their way to make you get in trouble. It is your own little warped view of the world that makes you see everything is so unfair to you, and it's all someone elses fault. Own up to your own failures honey, they only get bigger as you get older.

Maybe you're a punk liar and you never actually DID your homework and the teacher just was doing her job.

I'm sure the teacher hates you a tad more.
BTW moron, the word is "WON". I'd like to slap your mother for doing drugs while she was pregnant.

Maybe your father or uncle dumped her when they went to school, so she now wants to revenge. Or maybe she just doesn't like something about you (I've been there, know what it's like), so she freaks out every time she sees you.
Maybe you should ask transfer into another class.
