Unconstitutional wiretapping

Unconstitutional use of "War Powers". The War on Terror is not an actual war. It is much more like the War on Drugs. We are fighting groups of baddies, not countries. Reagan didn't claim unlimited war powers in his war on drugs...So technically, Bush shouldn't have "War Powers" at all, beyond the scope such powers apply directly to Iraq and Afghanistan....

Terrorizing the American people with known lies about Iraq's nuclear capapbility. Terrorizing the American people by raising the "Terror Alert" level every week prior to his re-election, then abandoning the whole Terror Alert system for about a year and a half....

And while technically a crime, his fiscal mismanagement of the budget, debt and deficit levels is criminal by any reasonable standard.

Misleading the nation into an illegal preemptive war, sending too few ill-equipped troops to fight it.

Allowing the torture and indefinite detention of persons in Guantanamo Bay in direct violation of the Geneva Convention and common f***ing decency.

Spying on American citizens without a warrant in direct opposition to the FISA act and the constitutional guarantee against unreasonable search and seizure.

Overseeing the exposure of an undercover government operative.

Inaction in response to voter fraud and irregularities in two consecutive national presidential elections.

Attempting to consolidate all powers of government to the executive and using the above illegal war to justify same.

Leading us into a war in Iraq based on lies.
Specifically, telling the american public that Iraq was responsible for 9/11, which, unlike the WMD issue, was well supported as completely untrue.

Trying to take over and occupy Iraq with 1/4 the troops that his dad, Bush41 used in 1991.

Running up the huge and tremendously damaging national debt. That's not the Republican party that I joined.

Using anti-gay legislation, which prays on the basis negative instincts of humans to hate, as a way to bring out small minded voters.

Outing a CIA agent for political purposes. !!!!

Domestic Spying.

Supporting torture of war prisoners. Tremendously damaging to our reputation in the world, with little if any military gain.

Well...to borrow your list from a previous question...
1. allowing the bombing of the WTC in 2001
2. not taking bin laden when offered in tora bora
3. Sending marines to be murdered in Iraq
4. selling secrets to India in exchange for mangoes
5. selling sleepovers in the white house? (Well not this one)
6. Violating FISA and thus the constitution
7. sending the army to Iraq to do nothing
8. giving money to the rich and getting nothing in return
9. watching his friends and supporters go to jail
10.Lying on national TV to the entire country about Iraq.

Thanks!

ADDED: So do your rest your argument on the technicality that he did not knowingly/willfully commit these crimes...isn't that like sort of defining what is IS?

You can start with gross mismanagement of public funds. The 3 largest deficits in US history in just under 6 years.

Illegal invasion of not one but TWO neutral countries.

I'd go with the violation of FISA, and then this morning the White House says they disagree with the courts ruling of the wire tap issue and are going to disregard it and continue with their illegal activities.

What would happen to you or I if we had the same attitude?

By listening to the politically correct fools in the media.

Bush's biggest mistake is being way too easy on Muslim terrorists.
The Muslims have to clean up their own mess, or we will have to clean it up for them. And I hope Bush does that before the 08 election.
