best for benefits, good schools, good growth, salaries are pretty much scale across the board avg $50,000. of course where i live we have multi million dollar horse farms so salaries are higher. but its not all about money.

The Tampa Bay area. You have access to Tampa, St. Pete and all the outlying areas. Pasco and Hernando Counties are growing and you would have easy access to them as well.

The market in Florida has gone flat. I know an agent who has closed one sale in the last 9 months. If you really want to go there, look into the areas around Jacksonville.

Considering the market in Florida, I don't think this is a good time to be a real estate agent there.

west palm beach, daytona beach, miami....

their large areas, very populated, and large money areas in florida
