Are there more gay male dancers than straight male dancers??

While I haven't been to Broadway, I have known dancers in big companies and have been exposed to dancers since I was very young. I have been involved with dance studios and colleges with dance companies, etc, etc, In my experience, most of the dancers have been heterosexuals. While there have been a small per cent of homosexuals, over all most dancers are not gay.

It is difficult to make an accurate answer to that question because there are a lot of broadway dancers or wannabes. But my answer is no. Maybe one or two in a company around 80 guys. That's how it was when I was doing ballet and pre-professional for stage plays.

ok nicely at my dance college there are rather some boys and there is not any longer one singe gay boy, in actuality the two boys and ladies are pals and cling out in a huge team, and nicely most of the lads have been out with each and all of the ladies folk and are nevertheless going out with them. those boys are a unfold from 3-24 years old the older are grouped e.g.15+

I'm sure there is more straight men then gay in dancing. You hear about gays a lot more just because people can't get over.
