I love any excuse to travel. But, I try and avoid crowds as much as possible when I'm travelling. So, I tend to travel more during off peak times. This excludes most holidays. Or if I do travel at the holidays, I try and go somewhere that is not a popular destination for the time of year.

I am a quiet person and dont like crowd, so I'd prefer to stay home most of the time, especially during holiday seasons. However, there will be times that is unavoidable, such as family get together. In order to better cope with the situation, I usually arrive at the airport much earlier so that I wont wait on that long line, or book a red-eye flight for my departure, and a day or so after holiday for my return.

There are several terrorist treat all over the world, better to stay home and be safe. In most cases of terorist attack, especially in hotels and resort areas, innocent civilians spending holidays/vacations are likely to become casualties.

I definitely like to stay home. When I do travel, I like to go during the low season. I like it when places are less crowded.

Stay home. It is much too stressful to travel with the girls and all the packing and unpacking. Just let me stay home.

depends on the holiday, but over Thanksgiving and Christmas and the New Year's holiday's, I would rather be at home where I know I am safe, too many weirdo's out there at that time of year for me.
