sometimes if you don't have a really pressing important question, you might be a little bored, and so sometimes you might ask a question just for fun. Sometimes just to find something to have a good laugh. Coz brevity, is good for selfhealling.
At least until you've found the inspiration for renewed efforts in posting really good questions.
At least someone gets the extra points for trying - either way.

I mix it up- between questions that make people wonder if I'm crazy, to those that require a lot of thought, to just plain stupid.
It gets me a variety of different kinds of answers, and sometimes allows me to look inside the answerer's mind..

Sometimes I get a wild hair and ask a question that is totally off the wall. I like to see what kind of responses I get and if I can somehow use them in a play I'm writing. Got some good ideas from this site.

I always pose the most earth shattering, thought provoking and informative questions possible. The people who generally answer my questions are of the highest echelons of society. They are usually, doctors, professors, profession athletes, CEO's, Engineers, Lawyers and even celebrities for my entertainment questions.

I ask less, only when I think of a good question that's worth losing 5 points, then I'll ask, other than that, I don't normally ask.
