Yes you can get pregnant even if you haven't had a period and just got off the shot. Even though you don't have a period you can still ovulate. It is recommended that you wait at least three months after getting of any form of birth control to try and conceive. This is to decrease birth defects during pregnancy from hormones still left in your body.

Went on the shot right after my first baby. I on it for about three years then I got pregnant a year after I got of the shot. But that so long ago I can't remember if I had a regular period right after.

I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER GETTING OFF THE DEPO PROVERA SHOT IT WOULD TAKE A YEAR BEFORE I COULD GET PREGNANT BUT THAT WAS NOT TRUE I WAS ONLY LATE GETTING MY SHOT BY 2 WEEKS AND WHEN I WENT TO GET MY SHOT THEY DID A PELVIC EXAM AND A URINE PREGNANCY TEST AND CAME BACK TO TELL ME NO I COULDNT HAVE THE SHOT AND YES INDEED I WAS PREGNANT SO I WOULD DEFINETLY SAY THAT YOU SHOULD GO OUT AND BUY A PREGNANCY TEST
