You just push it open It doesn't lock. If your in a stand up one you just push it open too. But lie down ones are best, can get very warm and if your anxious you could faint.

I suggest you do not watch Final Destination 3. Lol. Only because two girls get stuck in one and the temperature keeps rising and they end up burning to death.... But, in the real world (;)) the tops just open like a lid.

And they don't close completely.

Um, the only thing I can use as an example is a coffin lid... I know, now I sound morbid. But seriously, that's how they open.

Don't tanning beds increase your risk of cancer? I'd say try a self tanner first before taking such a drastic step. There are some really nice ones out there, that won't end up giving you cancer.

You're the one that opens it. From my experience, no one is in the room with you when you tan. The good thing about tanning beds is that you don't have to close it all the way. You can actually leave it open if you're claustraphobic. The one I use you can either leave it open, close it a bit, or close it all the way. I personally like it closed all the way.

They don't latch and they don't fully close. The side is open a bit. Think of it like a sandwich. The lights are the bread and you are the meat.

The lids are balanced so even a child could open it easily. Knowing you can easily get out should ease your fears.

You can open it from the inside as well and you don't even have to close it all the way..just turn over half way through...if it's your first time I only sugest 7 minutes on each side...so u don't burn.....Good Luck

You simply push up on the lid until you have enough room to sit up and get out.

If you absolutely insist on going (I won't give you the skin cancer lecture), try keeping the lid cracked open more and gradually closing it as you get more comfortable with each subsequent visit.

It doesn't lock you into the bed, you just lift up the top and climb out, you don't need to worry about getting out. You should would about the long term health effects......But I guarantee they won't lock you in.

you control the open closed - you can leave it more open if it makes you more comfortable. They don't close all the way shut
