If you go to any big school that has an art dept, you should be able to do that. I went to the University of Akron and majored in photography, but I took all kinds of drawing, sculpture, and screen printing type classes. You are actually required to take a variety of different art classes in order to get a BFA (bachelor of Fine Art).

Look online. There're plenty of art institutes. Nashville, Georgia, California, New York; it all depends on where you live. Every state has at least one, except maybe Montana, I'm not sure if they have enough people there. ;-) But just go online and look up art schools.

I would advise, however, that you learn to write correctly before you contact any of them. Misspelling illustration would probably cause them to tell you no, since they are an art school. So will not capitalizing "I", and refusing to use periods.
