No. They are skinny little twerps, and tire easily. Most have trouble standing up, due to their poor musculature. That's why all of the wildlife parks in Africa have so many rangers working in them; to help the lions get around. They often have wheelchairs, but the terrain makes it difficult to get around, so the park rangers have to push them.

Most lions are bulemic because of the pressures they have being compared with tigers.

Tigers aren't well muscled either. They are the opposite of lions. They get really fat from eating Bon-Bons and sitting on the couch watching TV.
