Its normal. Everyone is different. I didn't start to show until I was about 6 1/2 months pregnant. At 13 weeks your morning sickness probably has ended so that could be why you don't feel pregnant anymore. Congrats

lol...of course you don't look pregnant yet!
Especially with the first pregnancy...your muscles still haven't streched...
An ultrasound at 10 weeks is odd...not much to see at that point...usually they only use a doppler because the baby barely has a hearbeat by that time...and there's no way you were feeling the baby "kicking" at 7 weeks unless you weigh like 75 pounds ...You don't usually feel kicking until like week 17 ...not 7. But whatever...
In any case, especially if this is your first pregnancy...you may not show until the fourth or fifth month ..that's 16 to 20 weeks...
If you are really concerned...you can rent a fetal doppler and listen to your baby's heartbeat all week long and twice on tuesdays if it makes you happy...
In the early stages of my pregnancy I used to freak out cause didn't "feel pregnant" or was just being paranoid...and the doppler helped alot...
www.bellybeats.com has good ones...

yes! Even at 17 weeks I barely looked pregnant.... my bump was so small that if you didnt know me you wouldnt have known i was pregnant... but it did grow... around the 7 month mark my belly seemed to get bigger daily... by the end my belly was HUGE.
Once you can really feel the baby kicking you'll feel pregnant again! And then you're belly will start growing and you'll LOOK pregnant! Just be patient and enjoy it!

Relax. The baby is still in there. First pregnancies don't often show that early. Your abdominal muscles are still tight. As far as the symptoms go (nausea, etc.) those go away at about 12-13 weeks too. You probably aren't as tired either. Enjoy it!

you are lucky, I'm 24 weeks and i look like i have a basketball in my shirt you should enjoy your small months while you can because the more time that goes by the bigger you will get, also enjoy not thinking your pregnant cause once that baby starts to kick you will wish you were where your at now.

You could barely tell I was pregnant at 5 months along when I was performing in a musical at college. Be happy about that.
