I'm bisexual so I can answer both questions.
Honestly, I wouldn't choose any of these people because I don't find ANY of them attractive.
But I would choose Brad Pitt over Tom Cruise because Tom is an annoying *****. And Brad has been doing good for the world lately.
I would choose Mischa over Nicole because I don't like skinny anorexic dead looking girls.

I'm a guy here, but I still just can't completely, follow your guidelines here.
Brad is definately, hands down hotter than Tom cruise, if not just for the fact that yes maybe he went crazy over ...uh you know what, Angelia Jolies whoo-haasss!
But Tom Cruise is just plain insane, and kinda in that get-publicity sort of way, so the little couch bounding troll really isnt attractive to me (and yes, although i'm, wearing a pink shirt and typing in my underwear, I am strait)
The fact is BOTH Thetan Level 7 and Brad (who frankly looks a littler downe syndromy in the picture you chose) are waaaaaaaay hotter than those skanks you picked for us guys.
