your mind is so noisy... u can't think about one thing instantly.. you r thinking so many things at the same time....such as you are thinking what can i do now...who will give me the best answer.. with whom can i talk a lil bit...who will be a good guy...bla bla....at the same time you r thinking what if i get a good job...boyfriend or husband...this is the way how palmist people talk which is **** sometime and sometime funny and sometime unfortunately true.
