Is it true the crazier you are, the higher your pants?

People with Alzheimers and Mad Cow Disease get really itchy genitals, so they pull their pants way up to scratch for them while they walk.

After a while, they loose all circulation down there, and there's no problem, but by then, they've adjusted their wardrobe to match, and they're too crazy to remember how to buy new clothes.

Very funny question. Kind of like that saying the higher the hair the closer to God. Hmm. I think going about with no pants is even crazier. But based on my observations riding public transportation, you may have something there. Especailly when they start to reach the armpits, I've noticed those folks are really twitchy.

however, on a more serious note: there are several mental and/or emotional illnesses that an individual can have, that will inhibit the ability for the individual to be able to guage what is "the norm" for societal action and re-action. for instance, I have seen this in people with schizophrenia and some other emotional and psychological disorders. they may pull their pants way up to just under their chest and think nothing of it, or they may wear knee socks with shorts in the winter. they seem to not care about social norms. I wonder on some level if this makes them particularly proublematic or just unique? I tend to think the latter.
