Almost certainly.
He's shown time and again that he has no respect for the constitution (calling it "just a g*d*mn piece of paper"), and less respect for the laws and the courts.
BTW, there's no need to wait until he ignores the court order. Willful violation of federal law (50 USC 1801 and 18 USC 2511) are themselves criminal offenses, for which he can be impeached.

They are going to appeal the decision, and the meanwhile shamelessly continue the warrantless wiretapping. They ignore not just the Constitution, but the law in place too. FISA by the way was created exactly for this situations and gives the government 72 hours after the wiretapping to get a warrant.
Whatever happened with the president who swore to uphold the Constitution? He deserves impeachment.

excuse me, only one federal judge out of who knows how many said it was unconstitutional, plus the Bush administration is appealing it right now so it isn't illegal yet.
I don't get what everyone is so scared about. The wiretapping is only on international calls, which is a lot smaller percentage of the population then everybody. And if you got nothing to hide, what are you scared of?
I'm not saying the government should have all access to all our conversations, because there is a limit, but this? It doesn't affect most of you, so calm down.

He seems to think he's God's chosen one so of course he'll blow off the courts. Maybe if he does, once the Democrats take control following the Fall elections, they can use that as one of the offenses when someone with some guts introduces a bill of impeachment.

He declared war without following any procedure and he has no plan on how to withdraw. So just imagine what he has to say about a wiretap. He does not care!

First, he will file a motion to stay the injunction... meaning he can continue. Then, he will appeal it up to higher courts, all of which have now been loaded with conservative judges.
This ruling is nice, but ultimately useless.
