Can't fall asleep some nights

well the two biggest problems on your list is not sleeping enough and a horrible diet!

if you can't sleep easily, you should tell your dr. you need between 8-9 hrs a night (i'm even guilty of this).

some people are born with dark circles, because of pigmentation. if this is the case, you can use concealer to try and cover it up...

in terms of your diet, you need to eat healthy and take a multi-vitamin. your total body and skin will thank you for it. your body needs healthy nutrients to maintain its insides and outsides. by nourishing your skin (through proper foods) it is possible more blood will be carried to that area and may assist with the dark circles. but honestly...you need to hit the sack earlier!!!!

change your diet to healthy foods, no sugars after 8:00 pm, cut out the red dyes and slow down a pace. Lack of sleep causes dark circles as well as stress. Red dyes causes hyperactivity and can cause sleeplessness. Eat lots of dairy, fruits and vegetables. Then in time the dark circles will eventually go away once you can start getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Believe it or not your diet can cause you to have unconstructive sleep.

i have circles under my eyes too. it has to do with sleep. i have tried changing my eating patterns. but the circles are from lack of sleep. mine are also due to allergies. so if you are outside a lot it might be some outside allergies you have. either way, i would get some more sleep and look into allergy shots or medicine.

I have them as well. Unfortunately, they are mostly genetic. Getting the required amount of sleep will NOT make them disappear althought they might lessen. Your best bet is to find a good concealer. Sorry!
