on a hot day what should the normal a/c temp. coming out of the regesters in the house. my reading are 48-50

my reading are between 48-50 degrees. is this close to what it should be

air temp from the registers should be 18-20 degrees cooler than air going into the return

You should have at least a 20 degree swing between the temp. in the house and the air coming out of your register. You unit is working very well.

around 72 degrees is the normal
