there is alot of blood going to the area, it is possible to have dreams and have an orgasm during pregnancy, get ready the dreams are crazy when your pregnant.

UGH! I hate answering these questions! J/k.....Ok when I was about 7 1/2 months pregnant, every time I stood up mine throbbed and felt like it was falling out. I dreaded standing up and having to walk........ Your ok! Good Luck
