When I run into a problem I am getting anxious on everyday basis and have the urge to use stimulants, that I really hate to do. How can I cope with anxiety about the future when it's always on my mind??

first of all if you have an anxiety disorder using stimulates
is going to make the anxiety worse!!! you need to slow down and as corney as it sounds live each day as it comes by worrying about the future constantly you are not allowing yourself to enjoy the present.

First of all,try to quit worrying about life and start emjoying it.
90% of your attitude is how you handle the 10% of what happens beyond your control.
"Mistakes" are just a way of showing you what doesn't work. DOn't be afraid to make them. You learn and gain wisdom.
"Problems and Obstacles" are merely opportunities in disguise. They challenge you to improve something, overcome something, or learn something.
Your future is what you will choose to make of it. Look forward to it knowing that you are in the driver's seat.
Sometimes things don't just "happen to you" but rather "happen FOR you".
Relax and remember you do not have to control everything. You have to learn to trust YOURSLEF and that you can handle things that spontaneously occur.
Stay away from drugs. They are only a crutch and escape from taking responsibility. Too may therapists are in bed with drug companies that give them perks, so you may not even need a perscription a doc writes you.....
Eat foods that promote seratonin and other stress relieving chemicals. Baked potatos are one good one. Get enough exercise to allow your body to make enough endorphins.
Think about this: At least one in five people you encounter every day have similar feelings to yours. You just can't read their minds to know who. But you are not alone. Don't judge yourself harshly or others will, too. DOn't worry about what other people think of you....chances are, they DON"T, unless you give them a reason to....so make it a good one. You will feel better about yourself and gain popularity if you look for good things about people, and point them out to that person.
Try to focus on what's good and right in your life, rather than what's bad or wrong. Worrying about "what if" can actually cause it to happen.
If you suffer social anxiety (everyone does to some degree) then force yourself to be extroverted, and share your personality with people. You don't need EVERYONE'S approval, and you wouldn't get it anyway.
I personally do not value the opinions of those I don't know, don't care about, and will never see again.....

Switch to something natural to use, instead of stimulants, they will just make you more anxious.
