Only if you are little and still growing. And if you use not organic milk that has hormones in it. I think that is how it works. I wish drinking a lot of milk did though.... but nothing ever works out like that lol jk jk jk =]

If someone told you that, they lied to you.
Drinking milk doesn't make your boobs bigger.
Also you can have understood it wrong...
If you refer to boobs WITH milk (breast feeding women), yes, they do get bigger.
But it depends of the breast size... you can't really tell an exact measure for the "growth".

No, it doesn't. Size is determined genetically, so it doesn't matter how much milk you drink. You could wear some padding if it makes you feel better.

The only thing that makes your boobs bigger other than growing/surgery is gaining weight or pregnancy.

No, but my friend used Voluptuous and went from an A to a C/D in two years and didn't gain any other weight.
