You can modify any vehicle or anything else anyway that you want if you have the knwledge and tools. You are a human, and artifacts are made by humans.

Is this the best that your bus sized brain can come up with?
Others have corrected you on the monster truck issue. Of course you can modify other vehicles as it just means changing it in some way or altering it from the condition the manufacturer sold it in. If you were to paint a stripe down the side of a vehicle it would be a modification.

First of all Monster Trucks are highly engineered machines there's nothing stock about them. You can modify other vehicles but depending on what you want to do is it really worth it.

Bit of a daft question really. A monster truck is practically a completely custom built machine with a van shell bolted on the top. You could stick a garden shed on top if you wanted.

Sure you can but let me correct you on one point; saying that a monster truck is a traditional truck is like saying a nextel cup car is a traditional car. There isn't a major part on either that you could buy from the dealer.

Yeah, check your newsagent out. They have modified car magazines in there. You ought to put better shock absorbers and suspension on the Brain Bus, what with the people and equipment on there.

There is nothing that cannot be modified. The important thing is making it look professional, which takes research, preparation, money, time, care and skill.

I would imagine that you can modify pretty much anything you put your mind to - whether it is legal or not is another question.
