Yes you can. If your fun causes massive amounts of pain to others then you are having too much fun. People who are clinically insane(among other things), can be murdering someone yet their heart rate will basically never change. To them they are having fun doing it, I believe that would qualify as too much fun

Not at all, just so it's not at the expense of someone else's feelings. Like me as a guy if I considered cheating on my girlfriend fun, that would be the wrong thing to do because it would be reckless and selfish behaviour.
