What would you do for your favorite band? what I did for metallica!?

two years ago, Metallica was comming to town. When I found out, I was broke, but I heard the radio station were giving tickets away. The whole week, me and my friend tried to win them over the phone. When we heard that the station was giving away the last pair- We had to come up with a plan. So we put on our Bikini's, wrote Metallica from head to toe in PERMANENT marker and went to the station. By the time we got there, the last pair had already been won. We met with the promotional manager and she told us if we went to the corel centre the day of the concert, they would be giving more out. The tickets were going on sale the next day, and I couldnt risk not getting those tickets, So I took my bus pass money (to get to school for the next month) slept outside of the corel centre that night, and woke up, was second in line, for nose bleed tickets! So I walked to school and back for a whole month The day of the concert, we saw the promotional manager and she had kept tickets for us!!

Cool story. I guess this didn't happen during the middle of winter. My story is pretty similar...

Struggling financially, and the credit card almost max'd out... I ordered a pass to see KISS during their KISS Konvention tour. I think the ticket was $150 and if I hadn't gone to that event, I probably would have regretted it.

Soon after my credit card was cancelled and creditors started harassing me. But it was all worth it.

I order tickets online. Sometimes they run out, so I wait until the band comes back through town.

Well my favourite band is JET. And what i'd do for them is...I'd sleep with the bass player.

I buy their albums and I think that is enough for them, we pay their bills! lol!
