I can't date you, of course, but there are probably lesbian clubs and such around where you live... you could find someone there. Or, you can use dating sites, like Myspace or Yahoo! Personals.

if this is your first time, find a site you trust and chat with lesbians. even tho i think you'd be save, if you decide to meet, do so in a public place and take it from there. i wish you luck. the 1st time i kissed a girl, i was 11 and i haven't looked back :)
