I'm just curious. Say a married couple, divorced.. and after few months/years, they 'made love' to each other again, but they didn't re-marry nor did they choose to live together in one roof again... What's your view on this?

Just to add on: I'm referring to only 2 persons: a man & a woman who were married but they divorced. They didn't really get back together but they still would do it sometimes.
PS: Adultery is not only about having affair, but it is committed when having sex with one who is not your husband/wife.

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/CjR6l

If neither was married to someone else then it wouldn't be adultery. Fornication, or sex outside of marriage, is a different story. If there was a law against fornication then they would be violating it. From a religious stand point if they belonged to a church that doesn't recognize divorce, say the Catholic church, then it would not be fornication.
Good "what if..." question.

Divorced? Why? As a christian, if the reason for their divorce is not against the Bible then they are not committing adultery.

It's two people sleeping together because they are comfortable with eachother but not necessarily willing to get back into the relationship for whatever reasons - Simple as that.

Just two consenting adults taking care of business.
May not bring them closer together in the romance department but I did fulfill the need for both of thems to satisfy their carnal lustings.

maybe you should look up the definition of adultery!!! "Voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a partner other than the lawful spouse." it IS an affair. what you described is simply consensual sex between two adults.

It would be adultery if they were in committed relationships by that time... If not, it would just be "making love".
