As much as I detest all of this Present administraton the very, very sickening Ruth Kelly is my current candidate for Prat of the Year award, particularly after this mornings load of crap which she was ranting about on Television, it was clear that in her opinion she was addressing a nation of Idiots unable to form an opinion, but = Birds of the Feather Etc.
