I used to, from the age 13 until I was about 18 (but the simple cotton ones, without those irons to push and lift - I don't know how you call it, my vocabulary sometimes fails me...).
Then I started feeling these awful back pains and I realized it was from sleeping with the bra.
I stopped doing that, of course.

Do not wear a bra at night, unless you want to sag. If your breasts are supported artificially all the time, the muscles in your chest will become lax.

Sometimes, My mother always say that the bra helps keep your breast more supported.

my friends think i'm wierd cuz i don't sleep in a bra but i can't help it gotta let those babies loose sometimes. it's totally normal and may i say, verrrrry comfortable..
