some girls in florida go to the beach not wearing a bikini, instead they use water proff make-up to paint one on, does anyone in other areas of the country do this, or has anyone seen this?

oh yeah i ve seen it everywhere...and not just on the beaches. ive been to concerts where they have a booth and they paint designs on you and the girls are basically just walking around topless, but painted.
