How do you keep it from reoccuring?

Yep.
We've had this problem.
We usually use a 50-50% solution of bleach and water, in a spray bottle, and a couple times a week, we'll spray on, wipe off.

We also towel-dry the shower after EVERY use.

Our contractor (who is working on a different part of our house) had his tile guy address our question.
He told us that even if we strip out the old grout and put in fresh stuff, mold will still occur.
He said we were doing the best one could hope for.

I think tylex after shower spray and mild dew prevention will do the need full. Or spray clorax bleach . Tylex Mildew remover is also available in the hardware stores..
And keep your bathroom ventilation open or put the fan on for long time even when u don't use the wash room in case if you dont have window in washroom.

I had the same problem.
Good luck

I clean with clorox clean up with bleach, but if that still doesnt work for you, get a clorox bleach pen. I'm not sure how to keep it from reoccurring, but if you clean each time with bleach you shouldnt have trouble getting it clean
