There are several variables that will affect the outcome here:
Are you askig because of an upcoming drug screen? (I asume YES)
Is this just a one of 10mg??
Oxycodone has an 'elimination Half Life' in humans of between 3-4 hours. This means that assuming you have injested just ONE 10mg Perc then approx 4 hours later there will only be 5mg left in your system (actually less sice Oxycodone is NOT 100% bioavailble post oral). 4 hours after that 2.5mg are left and so on, so that 24 hours after that 10mg pill is taken you have only 0.16mg of Oxycodone left in your system. After 48 hours you will have only .0025mg or 2.5 Micrograms (millions of a gram) in your system. After 5 days (Monday) you will have 0.000000095mg or 95 trilionths of a gram left in your system which is VERY VERY little. Now this TINY amount is distributed throught your entire blood supply so that even a blood test would not show detectable amounts let alone a urine screen. If it is a hair test however you may be out of luck.
Bottom line, assuming this is a once off, or that at least the most you take is one or two of these a day, then you will be fine to pass a Urine or Blood screen for oxy this Moday (assuming you take NO MORE till then).
The elimination half life for Oxy is everywhere, just do a google.

A 5/500 tab of percocet effect will last about 4 to 6 hours. But the opiate may stay in your system up to 48 hours. Depending on how much you take.

10 mgs is not that much. In fact, it is a very small amount. However, I doubt it will completely be out of your system within 4-5 days. It could take up to 20 to 30 days.
After my c-section, I was given percocet.... MMMmmmmmm. Good drug!

No a urine drug screen will show all narcotics in your system for 30 days. sorry for the bad news Good Luck
