Look bro, if you live in am apartment and use boric acid they will go away then come right back. So talk to your neighbors to see if they have the same problem first. But the best thing that you can do is keep everything as clean as you can. Leave nothing on the floor or table tops. Then spray for them monthly. After about three months you should see no more. But if they have food they will eat.

get borax and put it down the drain and around anywhere you see them comming in it always has worked for me and its natural :}
