I exercise. I try to go to the gym 3 times a week (more if possible). Must be nice to be one of those who don't have to do anything. I'm jealous. LOL!

Yes I do workout/exercise because I have to in order to lose or maintain weight. If I become sedentary, my butt will spread like fire in a dry forest. Since I hit my 30s a few years ago, my metabolism has gone M.I.A. and part of my exercise is climbing mountains & scubadiving in an effort to locate it. SMILE. Seriously, I hit the gym 3-4 times a week and do 30-45minutes of cardio on the treadmill, elliptical trainer or recumbent bike. I try to throw maybe 10 minutes here and there on the dreaded stairclimber, my nemesis. I try to lift weights twice a week for about 20-25 minutes. I also do ab work such as the captain's chair, the Abench, incline bench situps, etc. It's work but I'm trying to still be in good shape years from now. I want to still be able to walk, run, ride bikes, skate, etc. with my grandchildren. I'm also fighting hereditary medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. So far, I haven't been diagnosed with either.

yes, I work out- I am 33. I did not when I was younger but now I wish I would have. I am not overweight but my muscles are not toned and I don't have very good endurance. Healthy exercise is good for all- even if you have a high metabolism- it slows down as you age and if you are not taking good care of your body, it will not take care of you. Don't take for granted what you have now- work to maintain it- just like you would maintain a car even if it were not giving you trouble- to prevent trouble in the future. Eat right nad exercise- get a good 30 min cardio wourkout in at least 3 times if not more a week and do 3 or 4 days a week of strength trainign exercises- Even if you feel like you dont need it- you will never regret it

I exercise every morning from 5:30 to 6:30. Then sometimes in the evening I'll go do a step class.

I usually use the eliptical machine, sometimes the treadmill. And I lift weights.

I have to exercise! I don't think I have a metabolism or at least it's really really slow. :)
I like working out and getting sweaty!

yes. I run in a nearby stadium for about 90 minutes in the morning and do some field excercise in the parallel bars. I am still maitnaining 90Kg weight since 12 years. I don't have hypertension and joint pains. I take normal vegitarian food. Once a week I take alchohol (mostly on Saturday nights).

Yes you should still work out even if you have a high metabolism. You still want to stay physically fit. And in order to keep a nice high metabolism you must work out. You metabolism will slow down one day and you do not want your appearance to rely on just what you could eat because of your fast metabolism.

I workout. Pilates 3 times a week, kickboxing 2 times a week. I jog 1 hour every morning. I also hit the machines at least 3 times a week at the gym usually before pilates. I have a very active life whitewater rafting, rock climbing, etc... so I have to be at my best.

I workout because I like to eat what I want. I have an average metabolism. When I workout I do cardio (running, stair master) and strength training (weights & machines).
