you need to know how this is all spelled out in the Will. If the executor of the estate was given the proceeds from it, then it belongs to the executor. If the proceeds from the sale were supposed to be divided to others, then that needs to be taken care of,

HOWEVER, be aware that it takes MONTHS after a house is sold for the money to actually change hands from the bank, so just because the house has been sold does NOT mean any money has been sent to the executor.

Contact the Law Firm that was handling PROBATE.., they must disclose all information.
Nothing can be done that is against the Will.
If you feel that thing have been handled or distributed improperly or against the wishes of the will you may contest.
