lol. don't worry about it. usually when you start using products on hair the hair get icky ( you know... over processed) your baby is blessed with having tons of hair! lol. just go with it. it is super soft and even if pointed in every radius imaginable it is still perfectly soft and beautiful. leave it alone and take tons of picstures. her hair will eventually tame down as it gets longer. i mean have you ever seen little girl with pointy hair??? ok, wrong picture, lolol. but you know what i mean. and when her hair finally grows out of this stage, you'll be crying because your baby will be getting older, lol. enjoy everyminute of it.

Have you tried slicking it back with some baby oil? The oil should keep it down.
(PS: I don't use actual baby oil because I don't like petroleum based products...so I use almond oil. It works just as well.)
It's either a cow lick or perhaps the way her head lays down when she is asleep. I'd suggest trying to put her asleep on her side for a few days and see if the hair is more easily tamed.
If it's definetely a cow lick ...try using a little barrette (the ones for babies) on the back of her head to get the hair to stay down. As she grows and he hair becomes less "baby-fine" the cow lick should get under control.
Good luck!

haha, my daughter had this same problem starting at two and a half months ( you can't imagine how much she has now, she just had her first hair cut and she's 6 months!) i used a baby shampoo by paul mitchell that you can only get in salons and it is wonderful for cradle cap, but you put a small dab back into their hair after you wash and rinse. then let it dry in there and comb it, etc. it works like a little bit of hair gel would but it's made for babies. they also make detangling spray for baby's hair at stores like wal-mart etc. that is near the baby wipes and q-tips, i always wanted to see if that would help any. i wouldn't recommend putting adult hair products in your baby's hair though. good luck!

I to became questioning a large number of an analogous things you're asking. i'm vacationing next month to Iowa from huge apple, and my son will be particularly a lot 3 months. I actually have a touch one bjorn service that i'd be bringing, yet I also am going to deliver the stroller and vehicle seat as i am going to need it after I get picked up from the Airport. they're going to verify the stroller/vehicle seat in good earlier you get on the airplane. i'm also questioning how i am going to pee on the airplane lol ?? not particular.. about the newborn's ears, i might want to feed the newborn even as on the airplane because the sucking might want to help alot, also a pacifier might want to be great too! GL and function a interesting & secure holiday!

I say enjoy the crazy hairstyles while they last. Soon more hair will grow in and it will be easier to style but these crazy "baby hair" looks will not come again. Besides, as they get older they will give you so many more reasons to stress out. You need your energy, don't sweat the small stuff :)

One of those cute infant head bands just tuck her hair under the little elastic. Or tie her hair done with a little bandana the night before after her bath and it should be fine in the morning

Just enjoy it. My daughter's hair did the same thing - I have some of the greatest "bad hair day" pictures. In a few more months, it'll fix itself.

Just put a baby hair gel in her hair every day and brush it the way you want it to look.
