My husband and I have an ongoing argument, I say it's not harmful, he says he heard somewhere that it is toxic for adults to drink it in large quantities. Help me, a dinner is at stake here.

It's milk. hellooo!
It is not toxic, but as an adult you certainly aren't going to get the same benefits from it as an infant would. Obviously your husbands brain has quit growing.
Sorry, but it sounds like your husband pulls as many idiotic things out of his butt as my husband does.
There is not a damn thing wrong with breastmilk, wether you are grown or not. In fact it is more harmfull to drink cow's milk, as when they milk the cow, you don't know if the cow actually has sores on its udders and the puss can get into the milk, or you don't know what hormones the farmer has put into the cow to keep it mass producing.
He better be providing a pretty good dinner for you, cause he is wayy out in left field.

Does he believe everything he hears? Boy could you have fun with him. Pick a good restuarant Breast milk is fine the only thing that might upset an adult is if they're lactose intolerant and then it's not because it's breast milk.

genuinely, not all babies drink "mom's milk." some drink formulation. some ought to drink formulation it truly is not milk depending because they are lactose illiberal. So why are you ranting? I take position to love milk. Take my milk away and also you've gotten a situation on your fingers. shop your damn goat milk. i might want to particularly have it from Elsie the Cow. and genuinely, lactose intolerance isn't an "evolutionary norm." it type of feels to be wide-spread between particular communities - Hispanic and American Indian, to call 2 that i recognize of. So only because they don't like it, we ought to continually all supply up eating it? No thanks. edit: So because in Asia they don't drink milk, we shouldn't, both? i do not get your element. you're saying you're an man or woman guy, yet you particular do not sound like one. i have by no ability seen a grown guy throw a in good condition because he would not favor to drink his milk. information flash: you're a grown up. no one can make you drink your milk *OR* eat your broccoli.

It IS NOT toxic. There are adults that even lead this lifestyle as to where the husband "nurses" long after the children are too old to.

Well if it is not toxic for babies then I see no harm in adults. A womans body produces the milk and its not toxic to her.....I think your husband has misunderstood.

Nope, its all natural, and frankly would be safe for any woman to nurse their child forever if they wanted too. But thats another problem you would have to address there! :-p

Now go tell hubby he is wrong and have a nice dinne!

Oh for God's sake NO.

Cow's milk is made for cow's. Breastmilk is made for humans. Drinking breastmilk is more healthy for him than drinking cow's milk.
