how do i get rid of roaches and centipedes? help!

I'd bomb my house and then use a spray made especially for this purpose.

I use "Bug Stop" you can buy it at Wal Mart. You can also buy a roach fogger. Clear everyone from the house for a few hours, and let it do its job. Follow the directions carefully. It works.

Cockroaches- mix a half cup of Arm and Hammer baking soda and one tablespoon of sugar. Sprinkle in the corners, cracks and crevices where they hide. The sugar will lure them to walk through the mixture and they will lick it off their legs. Since coakroaches can't digest the baking soda their stomachs explode internally.

Mop your floors mixing bleach or Pine Sol with the water and put done borax acid along the walls.

try Benedryl hypersensitivity pills and verify out warm water or a hair dryer and warmth the affected section for short sessions of time. For rashes like poison oak, the warmth receives down into the exterior and retains your fingers off the affected elements. the warmth will sense good and actually provide up the itch.

First find the cause.. if you dont you will never get rid of them.. boxes (cardboard) are HEAVEN for them. Get rid of those.. dont leave crimbs or food ont eh counters.. BAD! set out bait, and spray your foundation. set off a bomb.. good luck.. they suck!
