i have been with my man 4 to long he is a kind man but i hate the sex, i trust him but im not happy, am i being nasty or what, i dont want to feel this way i have been with him for 9 years, im so up set please help me

You need counseling on your own. I think that's what you are trying to get here but no one can give you a straight answer here. Personally, if I found myself hating the sex and knew I wasn't happy I'd have to dig deeper into the reason why and counseling will help you do just that.

Seems like it's a done deal on your end. You should talk to him and let him know how you feel without being too rude and hurting his feelings. After all men have feelings just like we do and all of them can't handle rejection after a long term relationship has ended. Then that sends another person back out there with bitterness.

Tell him how you feel and either get counseling to work thru your feelings or leave. The longer you wait to handle this situation the more miserable you will become.....

Have you done anything to spice the sex up?
Lose some weight?
Wear revealing clothes (at least around the house)?
Wear less underwear?
Keep yourself "groomed"?
A guy will always be interested and inventive with a sexually alive female ... perhaps you are just as dead sexually as your sexual relationship is.
