I've tried to explain some of the un-obvious ones.

1. dramas
2. hard times
3. media - if you're talking about TV, radio, etc. I believe the correct plural if you're talking about paranormal people or clothing sizes is "mediums." (Shudder)
4. foods
5. fishes
6. people, although you sometimes hear "persons," as in a compound phrase like "missing persons." That's because the singular is "missing person," not "person."
7. waters
8. currencies
9. vocabularies
10. jewelry is already a plural and singular noun. "I have a piece of jewelry" and "I have lots of jewelry" are both correct.
11. clothes is a plural. Singular is a piece of clothing. The plural of a cloth is cloths.
12. fabrics
13. Macintoshes
14. Since cotton can describe a fabric, "cottons" is OK. "The dress was made of cottons of various textures."
15. traffic - you never have more than one. "Traffics" is a verb. You can say "there is a lot of traffic." Note: "Trafficking".

Don't forget two of the most common mistakes - "mothers-in-law," not "mother-in-laws," and "teaspoonsful," not "teaspoonfuls."

Hope this helps!

Examples of how the plural forms are used in sentences. 1) Those doe are following their parents through the forest. 2) Watch those colts over there! 3) Those calves are so cute! 4) Toboggans go down the hill quicker than sleds. 5)Could you water my squash while I'm at the store?
