I'm taking a pill called Pill 72 n there are 2 tablets.How do I go about this?

I'm assuming you're talking about plan B, the morning after pill??? If so, I'm not sure where you are in the world, but in the UK you take both tablets at the same time, within 72 hours of unprotected sex (the sooner the better). If you are sick within an hour of taking them, you need to go back and get some more.
If you and your boyfriend are going to have sex regularly and don't plan on using condoms, you really need to think about some other method of birth control. There are plenty of different options available, some will suit you better than others, you should go to your local family planning clinic, or to your GP if you're in the UK, and talk to them about getting on some kind of birth control.

your doc should have gave you instructions on the contraceptive which he has prescribed to you. If in doubt, go to a pharmacy and buy an emergency contraceptive pill and take that.

take it know and also take one in morning and go to doctor
