Who is the best character in the cartoon 'Stop the Pigeon' (or the orginal name 'Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines').
Because I know some of you wasted time and went and got an education instead of spending times watching this I will be kind enough to remind people of the charactors of 'The Fearsome Vulture Squadron'.
1) Dick Dastardly (The nasty Leader)
2) Muttley (The day dreaming dog)
3) Klunk (The whistling, popping and rasping mad inventor [my favourite])
4) Zilly ( The nervous wreck)
And of course there was the Pigeon (Any votes for him will probably be disregarded).
The winning Answer will be picked from the person who chooses the most picked charactor. (And propbably the prettiest gril from all of them).
Told you it was an Important question didn't I.

Muttley has to win this.
The whole cartoon was prtty stupid - a badly thought out spin off from Wackey races...
Klunk was interesting as the character did add something different.. with all those whistles and pops - bit like Pete in B.B - maybe he was a Tourette's Syndrome sufferer too (only cleaned up a bit for a tea-time cartoon!)
But Muttley was cool - he would do anything for the right amount of bribery (usually a medal). Yet he was sooo keen to help Dick Dasterdley win that they would usually lose (same formula that had made the Wacky Races such a hit... )
Sorry that I'm not a pretty gril - but then we can't have absolutley everything.... ("gimmme points, yeah yeah yeah, gimme gimme gimmme")

Oh, Klunk. Definitely. After all, he was the inventor of all of those doomed flying machines in the first place.
And he was a pacifist, and probably the Fifth Columnist working for the Allies and building elaborate and flawed machines just so the pigeon could get away and complete its mission of delivering those messages to the Front - otherwise Klunk could have simply just gone out and requisitioned some shotguns and ammo, and they could all have just sat on the hangar roof taking potshots at Yankee Doodle Pigeon, like anyone else would have.

I have to say Muttley, he was the best out of them and he always mumble under his breathe after dick dastardly said something.

Mutley. Seldom has a dog treated his master with such underhanded contempt. And although they never showed it, his laugh implied he was on 60 B&H a day.
He's dead now.
Also, did you notice in Wacky Racers that Dastardly was always in the lead when he set his traps. He obviously had the best car, why didn't he just get on with the race and enjoy the rewards.
