I don't know if they are a scam, however, I did not like the business approach or practices. I don't feel you should have to purchase vacation packages to sell them. A legitamit Travel Agent does not have to purchase the vacation packages the he/she is advertising or selling.

A travel agent is a person who is working independently, to advertise and sell travel packages by airlines, cruiseline, hotels, car rentals, and tour companies, for a commission-based fee.
