The war (I'm assuming you mean the war on terror) is not between the Americans and the Arabs. It is between the world of Democracy and freedom which includes not just the USA, but Canada, the UK, and all the countries of Democracy vs. a bunch of terrorist, some of which are Arabs. I remind you that people of Iran are not Arabs and the people of Pakistan are not Arabs.

Nobody wins in a war. But hopefully when the war is over both sides will walk away with something other than thousands and thousands of bodies to bury.
To the ones making comments about there is no war between Americans and Arabs. The asker is being facetious.

If you mean by Arabs, the Islamic Jihad against not only America but the entire West? The Muslim facists. They are dedicated, fanatical, and have overwhelming numbers. They have a literal stranglehold on resources, they have infiltrated Europe to the point of swaying their governments, and are outpopulating the native Europeans by a factor of three-point-something to one. Religion trumps nationality as we've seen over and over; unless the West faces up to that reality and begins to fight like we're actually in a war, we'll lose.
