Bush, and not Jeb. I think Bush and Rumsfeld are going to declare a state of crisis due to war in which the President may legally 'postpone' elections, and remain President. If this is not the case, Jeb will buy and cheat his way into office as well. If that happens, kiss your *** goodbye America.

I'm thinking it could be Elizabeth Dole. The surprise candidate.
So little talk about her I wonder why? Perhaps the republicans are keeping their powder dry.
She is the wife of former Senate republican leader Robert Dole and is the current Republican senator from North Carolina. Previously she was president of the American Red Cross and left that position to explore a run for the Presidency. I certainly think that she has the pedigree and political smarts necessary to rise to the top of the Republican Party. I'm sure this candidate would attract a lot of support.
I always thought that the TV show, "Commander in Chief" was not really about Hillary Clinton or Condolezza Rice, but Elizabeth Dole.
Remember now, When George H. W. Bush, the former president and father of G. W. Bush, announced to the Republican leadership that his son was throwing his hat into the ring for president, the seas opened up to make room for him. Support for any other candidates fell by the wayside and the policital chits were called in.
Otherwise, I think we'll have a democrat.

Well, we've got a 75% chance of it being the person who wins the electoral college based on the results of the voting population.
But the way the current administration is racking up constitutional violations in their power grab, I'm still leaving open the possibility of a a surprise upset.

It is unfortunate that George W. Bush can't stay on. I sure hope it ain't Hillary Rodham Clinton. Or John Kerry. The good ole US of A would really hit the gutters if either won. If you think it is bad now, it will be a lot worse with them in charge.

I think it will be Hillary Clinton. Not my favorite but America loves movie endings. Remember, Bush followed Bush.
